Anytime a repair is needed, regardless of the cause, it must be reported immediately.  When a repair is needed, employees will contact their Support Coordinator to report the issue. Failure to report a needed repair will result in disciplinary action.

Common repairs include but are not limited to:

    1. A/C-Furnace malfunctions
    2. Check engine light comes on in a CCL van
    3. Client runs into a wall or door (regardless of location)
    4. Client damages an employee vehicle while on shift (failure to report incident immediately will effect payment for repair)
    5. Broken window at a home
    6. Window doesn’t work in a CCL van
    7. Damage occurs to a CCL van
