Anytime a repair is needed, regardless of the cause, it must be reported immediately. When a repair is needed, employees will contact their Support Coordinator to report the issue. Failure to report a needed repair will result in disciplinary action.
Common repairs include but are not limited to:

- A/C-Furnace malfunctions
- Check engine light comes on in a CCL van
- Client runs into a wall or door (regardless of location)
- Client damages an employee vehicle while on shift (failure to report incident immediately will effect payment for repair)
- Broken window at a home
- Window doesn’t work in a CCL van
- Damage occurs to a CCL van
